Q: What is your warranty policy
A: STFU Bike warranties its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. Any STFU Bike product that is found by STFU Bike to be defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of STFU Bike. This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, neglect, normal and reasonable wear and tear, crash or impact. Chris has done hundreds of laps of Whistler Bike park and his STFU chain silencers look as good as the day they were installed. They will wear out eventually but installed correctly they should last a long time before needing to be replaced.

If a defect is found, our entire liability and your sole remedy shall be, at our option, free repair or replacement of the STFU Bike product. STFU Bike shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages. This written express warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, implied or expressed, and does not cover any representation or warranty made by dealers beyond the provisions of this warranty
Q: What is the return policy?
A: We accept returns on any products that have not been installed on a bike. The amount returned will be the full value less the shipping cost. Please contact us via the contact form for return instructions. Please include your order number, photo of the broken unit and details of the bike make and model it was installed on.
